FOUNDATIONAL - BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Yoga Basics
Focused on proper alignment and positioning, designed to build a strong, confident base for your practice. You'll become familiar with common pose names, learn how to support your practice with props and modifications, and explore pranayama — breathwork techniques to help synchronize breath with movement. Expect a wonderful stretch alongside the fundamentals.
Yoga Foundations Workshop
(Sept 5)
8-Class workshop series of mindful movement through progressive foundational yoga designed to build a complete yoga practice from the ground up. Each week, you'll learn new poses, proper alignment, and how to support your practice with props — layering steadily on what you've learned so far, until you've built a full, confident vocabulary of foundational poses.
RESTORATIVE & MINDFULNESS
Sound Bath
Through sound healing instruments and intentional energy, you will be guided into deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. You can expect better rest and digestion, more calmness and recovery, & a reduction of stress and anxiety. Bring your pillow and a cozy blanket! All levels welcome.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow, still practice where poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the body to release tension at a deeper level. It targets the connective tissues — fascia, joints, and ligaments — that more active styles don't always reach. Expect a quieter class that's equal parts restorative and surprisingly challenging. No experience required, all levels welcome.
Group Meditation
A guided meditation practice to learn various techniques to focus the mind and reconnect with the present moment. We will explore breathwork and simple techniques for relaxation, focus, and inner calm. No experience necessary — we aren't asking you to still your mind, we are asking you to build techniques and habits to calm and focus the mind.
ACTIVE FLOW - INTERMEDIATE AND ABOVE
Slow Flow
This slow flow class focuses on synchronizing your breath and your movement, reminding us to slow down and to be mindful of our internal and external surroundings. Poses are held slightly longer than the Vinyasa flow class, has less up and down sun salutations on the mat, and also adds some yin practice to strengthen the flexibility of our deep fascia.
STRENGTH & SCULPT
Mat Pilates
(coming soon)
A full-body practice built on control, core strength, and precise movement. Using just your mat and body weight, we'll work through classical Pilates exercises that build strength from the inside out — improving posture, stability, and flexibility along the way. No experience necessary; all levels welcome.
Reformer Pilates
(coming soon)
A dynamic, equipment-based practice using the Pilates reformer to add resistance, support, and range of motion to classical Pilates movements. Expect a full-body workout that builds long, lean strength while improving balance, alignment, and control. The reformer's spring-based resistance makes it approachable for beginners while still challenging experienced practitioners. Mat Pilates recommended first.
Yoga Sculpt
(coming soon)
A high-energy class that fuses classic yoga flow with strength training and cardio bursts, often using light weights to build heat and muscle. Expect a faster pace, a great sweat, and a workout that challenges both strength and stamina — all while staying connected to breath. A powerful way to build strength, boost energy, and leave feeling accomplished. Best suited for those with some yoga experience who are ready to move.
SPECIALTY CLASSES - ALL LEVELS
Dink & Stretch
A yoga class built specifically for pickleball players (or any court players), designed to prevent the aches and injuries that come with the game. We'll target the shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles — the areas that take the most strain from quick lateral movement and repetitive swings — with mobility work, gentle strengthening, and restorative stretching. Add in breathwork for focus and recovery, and you'll leave ready for your next match, not sore from your last one. No experience needed.
COMMUNITY & GIVING BACK - ALL LEVELS
Community Yoga
A donation-based class open to all — no membership, no pass, no experience required. Pay what you can or just come as you are! This is our way of making yoga accessible to everyone in our community, regardless of where you are in your practice or your budget. All levels welcome; all are welcome.
Donations
The donation for community yoga goes to HorsePlay - Equine Rescue and Sactuary in North Kingstown, RI. There are 2 horses that are presently sick with Equine Matabolic Syndrome, and one of those sick horses also has the beginnings of Cushings. The medication is very expensive. This non-profit relies on donations to keep the horses well and happy.
