Ribbit's goal is to provide wellness in a fun, engaging and meaningful way both on and off the mat, in and outside the studio.
We ask that everyone register for the class as there is a 7-person limit for each class.

Vinyasa Flow
1
Vinyasa
Vinyasa links breath to movement, flowing from one position to the next in a sequence that builds heat, strength, flexibility, focus and body awareness while quieting the mind - a moving meditation that leaves you feeling both worked and at ease. Yoga Basics recommended first.
2
Slow Flow (Hatha)
This slow flow class focuses on synchronizing your breath and your movement, reminding us to slow down and to be mindful of our internal and external surroundings. Poses are held slightly longer than the Vinyasa flow class, has less up and down sun salutations on the mat, and also adds some yin practice to strengthen the flexibility of our deep fascia. Yoga Basics recommended first.
3
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow, still practice where poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the body to release tension at a deeper level. It targets the connective tissues — fascia, joints, and ligaments — that more active styles don't always reach. Expect a quieter class that's equal parts restorative and surprisingly challenging. No experience required, all levels welcome.
4
Mats & Mugs
A 45-minute all-levels yoga class followed by coffee, tea, and good conversation. Come for the practice, stay for the community.
5
Stable Foundations
A slower, foundational yoga class well-suited for older adults and seniors, built around mobility, stability, and breath — safe, supported stretching paired with breathwork for deep relaxation. All are welcome to move at their own pace. No experience needed.
6
Yoga Basics
A foundational class focused on proper alignment and positioning, designed to build a strong, confident base for your practice. You'll become familiar with common pose names, learn how to support your practice with props and modifications, and explore pranayama — breathwork techniques to help synchronize breath with movement. Expect a wonderful stretch alongside the fundamentals. Recommended for beginners, and equally valuable for intermediate and advanced students looking to refine their alignment or revisit the basics they may have never been taught. No experience needed.
7
Dink & Stretch
A yoga class built specifically for pickleball players (or any court players), designed to prevent the aches and injuries that come with the game. We'll target the shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles — the areas that take the most strain from quick lateral movement and repetitive swings — with mobility work, gentle strengthening, and restorative stretching. Add in breathwork for focus and recovery, and you'll leave ready for your next match, not sore from your last one. No experience needed.
8
Restorative Yoga
A slow, prop-supported practice for deep rest and release. Longer holds, gentle stretching, and mindful breath — space to slow down and simply be.
9
Group Mediation
A guided meditation practice to quiet the mind and reconnect with the present moment. Sitting together in stillness, we'll explore breathwork and simple techniques for relaxation, focus, and inner calm. No experience necessary — just a willingness to slow down and breathe. There's something powerful about practicing stillness in community, and this class offers space for exactly that.
10
Private Yoga
Yoga designed for you. Bring a friend or partner at no cost. Various yoga styles depending on the intentions for your practice. This is a great option for people new to yoga or who want to enhance their practice. This is offered at the Studio but we are open to home visits. Call ahead before you book if you prefer a home-session.
11
Community Yoga
A donation-based class open to all — no membership, no pass, no experience required. Pay what you can or just come as you are! This is our way of making yoga accessible to everyone in our community, regardless of where you are in your practice or your budget. All levels welcome; all are welcome.
